Notes: Thomas B. Bischoff, 75, died Friday in his Wilmette home.

Mr. Bischoff was born in 1930, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

In 1964, Mr. Bischoff, his wife, the late Nancy K., and their four children moved from Cincinnati, Ohio to Wilmette.

Survivors include one daughter, Barbara; three sons, Mike (Debbie), Chris (Alison), and Barry (Janet); 10 grandchildren, Jamie, Drew, Kathy, Laura (Henry), John, Suzie (Jim), Lia, Ryan, Caitlin, and Melissa; and 11 nieces and nephews, Scott (Pattie), Autum, Michael, Kelli (Stephen), Stevie, Chris, Stephanie, Todd (Marlee), Mark (Angela), Miles, and Skylar.
