Notes: Edward S. Coath, 85, formerly of Wilmette, died Aug. 3 at Beacon Hill Health Center in Lombard. He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Gottschalk Coath. He is survived by two sons, Richard of Winnetka, and Thomas of Somerset, Ind.; a daughter, Ann Lishamer of Downers Grove; and eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
