- Jeffrey S. Burke, of 10157 S. Winston Ave., Chiago, age 35, was found on a picnic table on the 100 block of Green Bay Road Jan. 26. Police say he may have fallen victim to a highly potent prescription drug, Fentanyl, that has been linked to as many as 12 deaths on the city's South Side. It is not known why or how Burke came to Wilmette the night he died, but he lived on the South Side and his death fits the pattern of other victims.
