Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, March 15, 2006 at 7:30 P.M., the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Wilmette will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers of Village Hall, 1200 Wilmette Avenue, Wilmette, Illinois when matters listed below will be considered:
2005-Z-82 205 Westmorland Drive
A request by Dr. Bashra Al-Azzawi for a 508.63 square foot (31%) front yard impervious surface coverage variation to permit the retention of a driveway and walk on the property legally described as: Lot 56 In Hollywood in Wilmette Resubdivision of Part of the Wet ½ of Lot 29 in County Clerks Division in Section 32, Township 42 North, Range 13, East of the Third Principal Meridian, and Part of Lots 1,2,3 and 4 in Roemer's Subdivision of Lot 30 in County Clerk's Division in Section 32 Aforesaid in Cook County, Illinois.
