Notes: Michael J. O'Connor, 86, died March 9 after suffering a fall in his home.

Mr. O'Connor was born Michael James Patrick O'Connor on July 1, 1919, in Missouri Valley, Iowa.

Survivors include son Patrick of Chicago; daughters Irene (Warren) Germain of St. Johns, Mich., Katie (John) Buckingham of Wilmette and Sheila (Scott) Wondrack of Kansas City, Mo.; and six grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Elizabeth (née Magner).

Services were held Monday at Christ Church, Episcopal in Winnetka.
