- A second lawsuit has been filed in Cook County Circuit court on behalf of relatives of victims of the Jan. 20 airplane crash that killed four people heading to Palwaukee Municipal Airport. Winnetka resident Donna Turek, widow of Mark Turek, filed a wrongful death lawsuit Monday.
