- James L. Fox, 85, of Wilmette, died April 14 at Evanston Hospital.
Mr. Fox was born Nov. 30, 1920 in Chicago.
Survivors include his wife, Eileen (nee McCaffrey) of Wilmette; three daughters, Betsy Burke of Wilmette, Meg Ferrara of River Forest and Cathy (Jim) Rollings of Wilmette; two sons, James L. (Ann) of Winnetka and David (Ellen) of Wilmette; seventeen grandchildren, Matthew and Maggie Burke, Tim, Jimmy and Meg Fox, Nello and Alana Ferrara, Lauren (Matthew) Houder, Annie, Katie, Mark, Chris and Julie Rollings, and Andrew, Will, John and Luke Fox; and two sister, Jane (the late John) Geldermann of Wilmette and Ada (Lawrence) Hickey of Northfield.
Services were held on April 19 at Saint Joseph Church in Wilmette.
