- Interviews with residents who witnessed the slaying of Candice Sepheri, 33, outside C.J. Arthur's Restaurant on June 10, 2005 by Richard "Fritz" Kahle. Kahle took his own life in a yard only block away, leaving police with no clear answer on why he targeted a woman he knew only as a casual acquaintance. Elvis De La Puente's witnessed the shooting from his window work station at Crystal Cave across the street from the restaurant. He was among the first to try to help her, along with a passerby who happened to be a doctor. Candace Mirza, owner of "Dinner at Eight" said she is trying to keep focused on her business. Jewelry store owner Matt Lambrecht was on the phone with a sales representative when he heard the shots. The family of Art Falzer, which owns the restaurant, still mourns Sepheri's death. Falzer's son, Jason, was her fiance.
