- Kenilworth Club was the site for the Junior League of Evanston-North Shore event May 9 unveiling its cookbook, titled "It's a Shore Thing". The League solicited recipes from celebrities such as novelist Scott Turow, actors Lili taylor, Bill Murray and his brothers, Virginia Madsen and singer/songwriter Liz Phair. Chefs from Burhops, Backyard Barbeque, The Noodle, Convito Italiano, Spilin' the Beans, and Prime Foods Caterers also staffed stations where guests could sample recipes from the books. The books will be sold as a fund raiser.
