- Jean Marcia Armstrong, 75, of Winnetka, died Oct. 10 at Evanston Hospital. Miss Armstrong was born Jan. 23, 1931 in Oak Park. Survivors include her sister Virginia Armstrong (Howard) Carroll of Winnetka; three nieces, Gina Carroll Howard of Charlotte, N.C., Mary Beth Carroll (Lyle) Masimore of White Fish Bay, Wis., Nancy Jean Carroll (Ned) Hoag of Winnetka; one nephew, David Armstrong Carroll of Chicago; and nine great-nieces and great-nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Horace and Virginia Coleman Armstrong.
