- James Reichmann, chairman of the Wilmette Bicycle Safety Commission, gave a program on bicycle safety to local Girl Scouts at the Wilmette Public Library last week. The presentation included a film "Bicycles are Beautiful," provided by 1st Federal Bank. Bank president, Robert Spalding, says the bank will loan copies of the film to all interested organizations.
