- Joe Suhey, just like his father, grandfather and great-grandfather before h im, decided last week to accept a football scholarship at Penn State University. His great grandfather, Bob Higgins, a member of the COllege FOotball Hall of Fame as Penn State's head coach from 1930 to 1948, was an All-American there from 1915 to 1919; grandfather, Steve Suhey, was an All-American as a member of the unbeaten 1947 squad; and his father, Matt, the former Chicago Bears fullback.
