- A fishing trawler has been introduced into the search for remains of a United Air Lines jetliner that crashed into Lake Michigan August 16. The trawler is dragging the net along the lake bottom about 20 miles off Lake Forest where the jetliner carrying 30 persons plunged minutes before it was scheduled to land at O'Hare Airport.
