- [Evanston] City Treasurer Charles H. Bartlett, announced the tax rate for Evanston for 1912. The equalized assessed valuation for 1912 exceeds that of 1911 by nearly a third of a million dollars. The school, county and state rates are increased, but the city rate is decreased.
