- New Trier High School District 203 board candidates participated in a candidate forum on Sunday in Wilmette. Topics discussed were the failed referendum, bargaining rights, teacher performance and staff relations. Three candidates were endorsed by the New Trier Caucus: Lori Goldstein of Wilmette, Peter Fischer of Northfield and Timothy Scherman of Wilmette. Candidates running as a slate against the caucus-endorsed trip included Greg Robitaille of Winnetka, Joel Goldhar of Winnetka and Patrick O'Donoghue of Northfield.
