- Last Tues. Celia Parker Wooley, head resident of the Frederick Douglas Center, 3032 Wabash Ave., Chicago, spoke at the Woman's Club. She and her husband, Dr. Wooley, contributed to the purchase of that home for African Americans. The purpose of the home is to help foster citizenship
