- Rapid strides are being taken in the establishment of a park system in Glencoe, according to the report given by Sherman M. Booth in a meeting of the Glencoe Park Commissioners on Thursday. Landscape gardener Jens Jenson of Chicago is working on block 19 purchased for park purposes. Members of the board include Oscar G. Foreman, Otto R. Barnett, Fred D. Jackson, Sherman M. Booth and Colonel William E. Jacobs.
