Description: Betty Lorene Carlson, 83, 51 year resident of Evanston died Friday, October 14, 2011. She is survived by her daughters, Joan, Susan (deceased), Marri Thomas (George), son Olaf, and five grandchildren, Brittany, Courtney, Derek Thomas, and Alyssa Beyer (Andy) and William Miller. Betty was the fourth of nine children, all born in Monroe, Iowa. She married Thomas Carlson on December 13, 1947. Interment at Memorial Park Cemetery.
