Council Seeks Businesses, Groups To Back Special Interest Scout Posts The North Shore Area Council, Bey Scouts of America, will hold an "Explorer Growth" dinner at 7 p.m. Monday in the Hotel Moraine in Highland Park. The dinner will initiate a progra mdesigned to promote sponsorship of Special Interest Explorer Scout posts by area businesses and organizations.
