The present Village Board was responsible e11tirely for the horizontal cut of 15 per cent in assessed valuation of Wilmette property ~ast year. This reduction saves ·Wilmette citizens $110,000 each year for the next four years. 2. The per capita tax in Winnetka is $21.60..
