Cook was arrested shortly after noon Wednesday by Patrolman John Schaefgen, who asserted that Cook drove his automobile in a zigzag course through the streets, narrowly avoiding several collisions with other cars. The disorderly conduct charge ·was lodged against him by Mrs. Robert McDaniel Jr., ,vho complained that Cook had insult~d her.
