VonSennet, of the Illinois Steel company, has purchased the beautiful residence property of F. P. Whiteley, at 816 Elmwood avenue, which he 'will occupy about April 1. The Whiteleys upon their return from a trip, will reside at the Webster hot'e l. E. C. Philips, manager of the Wilmette office of the E. E. Stults Realty company, 424 Linden avenue! was th"e broker in the transaction.
