WEST Chairman Wilmette Church Council President Wilmette Church Council of Religious Education Wilmette is a village of homes, a community of home lovers and therefore a place where childhood is nur· tured and cherished. What message can Christmas- the ·Children's Fes· tival, centered as it is around the story of the Christ· Child- bring to such a community? What, but the angel-old tune of Love, which we must teach our children that it.may set ringing in their hearts the Christmas· Bells ·of the Soul. One of these heart-chimes is named Peace; one is Good-will; one is Faith; one is Hope. Play them to· gether and they mysteriously melt into one strain-the s\veet old song that God is Love. If we set not these heart-chimes aringing during childhood, they will be too often silent and unheard in later life. May these chimes be set a-playing in every heartyoung and old- in Wilmette this Christmas! Come to Church with your family. Do not send the children alone. It will mean much to all of you . 1 <111 ~und:t.\ ' , I lt ·<·t·nuwr :.!fi, St. Stt·pht ·lis I 1:1~·. thl't'l' \\'ill lJt· !July < 'r·mmunion at I :-., J\ · ~I . :I I I(1 :t t I I :\. .\I. s () Jl)' .
