54 WILMETTE LIFE and the St. Joseph 1, team is two games behind. The team that has shown the most improvement so far in the League, both in lung power, and playing ablllty is the St. Joseph 2, who will play a good game with , any team, and will out-yell any three of them. In the basketball League the Terminal A. C., 1, team is still on top of the roost, with two teams, the Presbyterians and State Bank near enough to give them plenty of competition, and keep them on their good behavior. The teams are playing a better brand of basketball every week, and the games between the above mentioned teams wlll be good. St. Joseph, 1, has not yet r e linquished the ir lead in the Indoor league, and from present indications, nothing short of dynamite will be able · to move them. Their nearest competitors are the St. Joseph, 2's, who are two games behind, and with luck, and experience should beat their rivals in about three years. The I. 0. 0. F., 1, team is still leading in the quoit league, and doing a good job of it too. Their nearest rivals are the Methodist who meet them February 4. The S. R. 0. sign is already out for the night they play, and the scalpers have the tickets, so we're afraid it's no use. But anyway it's going to be some game.
