There will he a dinner on March 3 1t the new Georgian hotel in Evanston, and luncheon at the same hotel the three days of the scs:;ion. Tickets will be sold bv the members of the league co-operating in the plans for the institute. Scouts Lay Plans for Observance of Scout Anniversary Many activities are planned in tile various villages of the north shore in comnH·moration of the founding of the Boy Scouts of America, s eve n t c e n years ago. The four aims of Scouting, character building, citizenship training, vocational guidance and physical development, will be emphasized. Scouts will unite in church services on either February 6 or February 13 . will hold Father and Son banquet~, Mother's night program s, special excursions to the ~1erit Badge show in Chicago, and yarious kinds of celebrations. The North Shore Patrol 'Leaders association for patrol leader:;, scribes, senior patrol leaders ancl junior as . istant Scout masters, will hold their first meeting Saturday, February 12. at 10 o'clock. as the guest of the \\'ilmctt e Patrol Leaders unit.
