The discussion, while mainly for women voters of Illinois, is not to be limited to them and ·mere man is extended a cordial welcome. Many local women will have an active part in the Institute affairs. Proposed changes in Illinois election laws will be discussed on Friday, March 4, by Judge Edmund J. Jarecki of the Cook County court. "What a Citizen Should Know of the Illinois Election Laws" will be the topic of Prof. Albert Russell Ellingwood of Northwestern university, on Thursday. March 3, and the direct primary will be the topic to be handled on Wednesday, March 2, by Dr. Jerome Kerwin of the Universit..v of Chicago. World topics also will be leading matters of discussion and will have experts to direct the round tables. Among the more important international subjects to be discussed will be 1 ' 'International Relations" to be considered by various authorities, inclmling Dr. Frank .\Vhitmore of Northwestern uni\·crsity chemistry department and an expert along line s of "Chemistry in \Vorld Affairs"; Dr. Isaac J. Cox of Northwestern who will talk of "Inter-American Problems in the Foreign Policy of the United States," and a prese ntation of views upon "Raw Material s in \\'oriel Politics," hy Dr. Jacob Viner, (,f the Cni,·cr. ity of Chicago.
