He had been rc moved to the hospital from his home at 259 Wood court on Monda,, whet his condition hecamc alarming. Sen·ices are to he held this after noon from Scott's funeral Home to St Augustine's church. Dr. Hubert Carle ton, rector of St. Augustine's church officiating. Burial will be at Memoria park. Pallbearers will be Robert Stod dard, Burt A. Crowe,]. R. Harper. Ear E. Orner. C. C. Schultz. and Charles Knobel. Mr. Hingham had been a resident ot Wilmette for 30 Year:-'. He was for many years a director of .the Public library. He \vas active 111 the found ing of the local Episcopal mission and ser\'ed for many years on the \'estn of St. Augustine's Episcopal churcli also holding the office of senior warden in tha~ parish for a number of years In busmcss he was connected with the Chicago Title and Trust company for 30 years, being in the active servi-ce of that compnay until a few days before his death.
