. The activities of the Kenilworth club were the most attractive feature of the Christmas and New Year's entertainments this season in Kenilworth. From the children's beautiful party the Friday before Christmas, with its play of "Uncle .Tom's Cabin" by the Junior Jack-and-Jill Players and the quartet singing of Christmas carols, on through the hOliday season, offering dancinf? for the young people both formally and informally, up to the New Year': celebration, the parties were a great suc;cess. At the New Year's eve dance there were about two hundred served for thr midnight breakfast. Large dinner par.ties earlier in the evening came to th( dub and joined in the dancing, celebrating the coming of the New Year together. Mr. and Mrs. John O'Connor entertained a large dinner party which after dancing at the club, progressed tcthe home of Mr. and Mrs. George Richards for breakfast. There were a number of progressive parties.
