The architects have designed a six story building with a five story tower. Permits for the building of the new homes were issued this week and it is anticipated that work will start in the very near future. One of the houses will be located at 555 Kenilworth avenue, another at 532 Southdean avenue, the third at 544 Southdean avenue and the fourth at 342 Sterling road.
