Berger, John Beam, Tom Antrim, Harry Minor, Roy Brown, Spencer Beman, Stanley Simmel and Foster Gilgis. These boys might be tenned the ··charter" members of Troop 12. The committeemen for th~ troop are E. M. Antrim, Mellen C. Martin and Thompson Ross. Mr. Simmel has gained an enviable and important position i!' his work with boys, having organazed several other troops in different parts of the country, with such great success that two of them reached "crack" positions. More recently Mr~ Simmel has come to the attention of those interested in boy organizations by the- phenominal troop of cubs which he organized under the sponsorship of (:lub Vista del Lago. The chairman of the Troop Committee is Dr. W. W. Hawkins and other members of the committee are J. H. Schaefer, L. F. Todd, and D. W. Rapp. The Scoutmaster of the troop is Francis ].
