Y,r.ch 30; 1931. 200 Scoutmasters and Committeemen ·serve Local Troops When the Wilmette Scout association, which is an Inter-Troop Service association composed of aU. scout committeemen of the ten Wilmette troops, joined forces with other north shore towns in the formation of the North Shore Area Council in December 1926, it became necessary for them to raise their share of the Council budget. This was very easily done through the efforts of the various troop committees and members · at large. Again in November of last year the Wilmette men began their drive for their share of the___ ,illlnual ~qet . which amounts to $3,50ad911aA an.t a~eeded in raising a large part of this, .vith ma~y prospects still unseen.
