Unvaccinated Dogs Are Now Barred from Canada Owing to the present scourge of rabies in various sections of the country, heavy penalties are prescrrbed by the Canadian law against bringing unvaccinated clogs or other animals into the country, regardless of their healthy condition, accordinfr to a bulletin issued by the touring bureau of the Chicago Motor club. Because of their ignorance of this ruling, scores of interstate motorists have recently been turned back to their homes, and in some cases forced to pay a fine for carrying unvaccinated dogs in their cars. · The bulletin goes on to say that Ohio laws also forbid bringing into the state a dog which has not been vaccinated since the expiration of the effective tenn of this treatment.
