C 24 · Fire Chief Zibble Heads Wilmette's Arson Squad Representatives of the State Fire Marshal's office and the National Board of Underwriters were in 'Vilmette late last week to organize Wilmette's first Arson squad comprised of Fire Chief Walter Zibble, Capt. Henry Brautigam of the Wilmette police, and A. C. VVolff, local hardware dealer. The squad is authorized to work with the state fire marshal in probing suspected incendiarism in connection with fires in the village. Representing the state fire marshal in organizing the Arson squad was P. E. Bertram, while I. B. Cylar was the special agent for the underwriters.
