Hively, a former resident of Wilmette, and for more than twenty years a practicing osteopath in Chicago, died Sunday in his home at 6806 Crandon avenue, Chica,go, from a heart attack. Dr. Hively was 62 years old, and is survived by his widow, Mrs. Ruth Hart Hively. Cornelius Van Schaack, son of Mr. and Mrs. C. P.
