The hostess will announce later. ~ Wam Parents That Guards Have Left Bathing Beach The bathing season at the Kenilworth beach closed officially Sunday, September 9. No life guard has been stationed at the beach since that time, and the beach committee of the Kenilworth club issued out a warning to parents this week, requesting them to safeguard their children who have been in the habit of bathing under the life guard's protection. The official closing of the beach does not mean, however, that bathing must cease there, as the dressing rooms will remain open for use as long as good weather continues. The business manager of the company gives out the following statement: "September proved to be such a poor choice fon performances on the north shore-coming as it does between seasons-that it has been deemed ad,;isable to cancel the remaining dates and bring the scheduled productions to Winnetka during the winter months."
