Dawes of the riparian lake front property in Kenilworth north of Kenilworth avenue, measuring 160 feet on Sheridan road with a depth of over 500 feet to the lake. The seller was Edward F. Hamm. The new office also announces the sale to Edward S. Clark and Elizabeth Campbell Clark of a large piece of vacant property between Walden road and Blackthorne road, Winnetka, consisting of about % of an acre belonging to Maurice C. Pryor and Ruth C. Pryor. The purchasers intend to build a residence for their own use. This office also announces the sale of the 8-room stucco residence on a lot 50x150 of Samuel D. Boggs at 2422 Park place, Evanston, to Robert W. Cossum. Hokanson and Jenks, Inc. also announce the lease of the Northeast corner of Ridge and Emerson streets, lot 75x1t1i for ten years by Edward L.
