AN OBDIN ANCE providing tor the issuance of bonds of the Vtllage of Wilmette, to the amount of Fifty thousand ($50,000.00) Dollars, for the purpose of obtaining funds wherewith to purchase land for a site for an Incinerator plant and to purchase, construct, erect and install on said site when acquired, an Incinerator plant with the appurtenances, for the use of the Inhabitants of the Vlllage of Wilmette, to burn, consume and dispose of garbage, refuse and waste materials for the better protection of the l)ealth of the Inhabitants of said VIllage, and providing for the levy and collection of a direct annual tax to pay the Interest and the principal of said bonds, and fixing the other details of the Issue. D. 1928 and SUbmitted to and approved by the voters of said Village at an election duly called and held for that purpose, and pursuant to and in compliance with the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of the State of Illinois, entitled "An Act to provide for the incorporation of cities and villages," approved April lOth, 1872, and all acts amendatory thereof and supplemental thereto.
