Boylson, of the A~cade Steam Heating company, Chicago, is preparing plans for a new residence which he expects to build at the northwest corner of High street and Meadow road, Winnetka. Two other new residences, one of which is being built by Earl D. Boorman, of Evanston, are near'ing completion in the middle of the block on High street, between Winnetka avenue and Meadow road. The Drake Construction company is erecting both of them. There is said to be only one more available lot in this immediate section, and that is being held at $6,250, a figure most significant in demonstrating the rapid growth in valuation of property here in the past five years. P. I. Johansen recalls that when he put the lots on Meadow road in the Rolland D.
