Sowing the Seed." A discussion wfll proceed upon the baais of our knowledge of the Bible. The Church School Christmas program wlll be given on the evening of Wednesday, December 19. A large cast Is In training to present once more the pageant entitled "The Light of the Worl4." The Lake Bluff orphanage will be the recipient of the Christmas gift from this church. Last year this amounted to nearly $760. Following the custom of the last twelve or fifteen y~ars, the children of the orphanage wlll be entertained In the homes of the church congregation on Christmas day. Many Wilmette friends have come to look forward to this event from year to year, and certainly the chtldren of the orphanage will be disappointed If their Wilmette friends fail them on Christmas Day. The Woman's Foreign Missionary society Christmas party wlll be held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. R. C. Kirkpatrick, 1328 Greenwood avenue Thursday evening at 8 o'clock.
