Arns Dies At 34; Leaves 4 Children Mrs. Helen C. Arns, wife of George P. Arns, of 325 Park avenue, Wilmette, died of pneumonia last Saturday, December ~2, at her home after an illness of eleven days. Mrs; . Arns was 34 years old, and was the mother of four young children, George Jr., 8, Mary Helen, 6, Robert Francis, 5, and Betty Jane, 2. She .is survived by her husband, who is a member of Wilmette Post No. 46 American Legion; the four children, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Ohlendorf, 237 Linden avenue, Wilmette, and one sister, Mrs. Ruth Marshall, also of Wilmette. The funeral services were held Monday morning at 10 o'clock from her late re , idence to St. Francis Xavier church. Mrs. Catherine O'Connor Dies at Home of Sister Mrs. Catherine O'Connor, 76, died Monday, December 24, at the residence of her sister, Mrs. Edward T. McCarthy, 843 Sheridan road, Wilmette, after an illness of two weeks. Mrs. O'Connor had lived in Wilmette for about seven years. She is survived by three ~ns, John F., Robert E., and Edward F. O'Connor, all of Chicago. The funeral services were held Thursday mortting at 9 o'clor.k from the residence, 843 Sheridan road, to St. Francis Xavier's church. Burial was at Mount Carmel cemetery. Mrs. Grace Ballard Higbee Dies Monday, December 24 Mrs. Grace Ballard Higbee, 810 Lake avenue, Wilmette, wife of John W. H. Higbee, died Monday, December 24. She is survived by her husband and two children, Ballard V. and Jack H. Higbee. The funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at St. Augustine's Episcopal church, Wilmette.
