California Harry J. Wolf Dies at His Home December 24 Harry J. Wolf, 819 Greenwood avenue, Wilmette, died Saturday, December 22. Mr. Wolf is survived by his widow, Mrs. Evelyn G. Wolf, and three children, John G., Marion and Prudence. He was a member of Wilmette lodge, No. 931, A. F. and A. M. The funeral services were held Monday morning at 10 :30 o'clock at his late residence. Burial was private. F. W. Woolworth to Establish Store' at 1117 Central Ave. F. W. Woolworth and company is to occupy store space in a new c<;>mmercial building to be erected at 1117 Central avenue, immediately east of the Wolff-Griffis Hardware company. Announcement of the negotiation of a 25-year lease in the interest of the great nation-wide chain store concern was m·ade this week by R. M. Johnston and company, Wilmette real estate operators. The lease calls for a term rental of $135,000. Ground will be broken soon after January 1, for the new store building at the Central avenue location. The structure will b_ e 50 feet in width by 125 feet in depth, the Woolworth company to occupy store space 28 by 125 feet. It has not been definitely determined whether the structure will be of one or two story height, it wa~ stated. The Woolworth lease was negotiated bv R. M. Johnston and company and the Farnham Kuhn company. Mr. and Mrs ..
