Mr. Belshe will be attended by his brother, Edwin B. Belshe of Forest City, Ark., as best man. Groomsmen will ·be D. W. Alexander of Des Plaines, and H. G. Magnussen of Highland Park. Miss Baker is a graduate of Milwaukee Downer seminary and the University of Illinois, where she was a member of Chi Omega sorority. Mr. Belshe graduated from the University of Illinois in 1925 and from Northwestern University Law school in '28. He is a member of Beta Delta Chi and Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity. After a short honeymoon Mr. Belshe and his bride wi11 be at home January 10, at 530 Forest avenue. Young Folk, Clubs This is a continued-from-last-week column today for it still concerns itself with a resume of holiday ~ffairs fo.r young people as well as a re-announcement of club events. As so much pleasure must be crowded into so short a time, hosts and hostesses these days announce the date of their prospective affairs far in advance, leaving a news gatherer little to announce during the actual holidays that is new. January will bring several more holiday affairs for the younger set, of which we remind you again. On New Year's eve Mr. and Mrs. Charles F. Henning of Glencoe will give a dance for their daughters, Miss Betty and Miss Jan e. On January 2, Mr. and Mrs. Morris K. Wilson of \Vinnetka will be host and hostesses at a dancing party for Leslie Wilson. Next Wednesday will also be the occasion of a dance at the Evanston Country club given by a group of New Trier senior boys including Alfred Hunter Hicks, William Thomas Reed, Robert Alexander Joslin, Arthur Tuttle Mcintosh, Jr., Eugene Crosbv O'Connor, Harold Byron Keith, Edward Evans Munn, Robert Clark Hill, and John Mortimer Parker. Ten young men will be· hosts on January 3, at the Evanston Country club. They are Robert M. Brown, George E. Cogswell, Clifton L. Darling, Jr., Dorland J. Davis, Leon T. Dickinson, Ropert K. Ellis, William M. Gibson, Carl B. Hall, William 0. Kurtz, Jr., and Robert H. Simons. Next Friday Skokie Country club wi~l be the scene of a dance given by the Misses Sarah Minor, Lois Nordburg, Janet Hughes, Barbara Laing, Helen Shepherd, Evelyn Wienecke; Mary Karker, Nancy Knapp, Helerl' Brandriff, Harriet Christie, Clara Cornell.
