King of Wilmette, president of' the North Shore Area council, Boy Scouts of America, is to be chairman of om: of the sectional meetings at a regional Scout conference to be held in Chicago, Tuesday, December 3. The session will comprise a general meeting and six sectional meetings with representations · from 106 Boy Scout councils in Wiscon sin, Illinois, fndiana, and Michigan. North Shore council, which won the attendance banner award at last winter's regio·lal meeting, will have a large representation this year in the hope of retaining the coveted trophy. The meeting is confined to council members and troop committeemen.
