ZO Uncler· Wella College Club Auapicea "A New Book Shelf" will be general topic of the course of book lectures which Mrs. Anthony French Merrill will give this season under auspices of the Wells College club. Her lectures will be given W ednesday mornings, beginning Feb. 20 and continuing through the Lenten season. For eight seasons Mrs. Merrill · has supplied this interesting cultural feature of local late winter and early spring interest. and annually the Country ch,tb room wherein she speaks is filled to capacity for her talks. Tickets are being offered patrons of the past soeason's lectures, and when these women are supplied, if there are others available, they may be purchased by new patrons. Mrs. John C. Husted, president of the Wells club is directing the arrangements for th~ book talk series. Mrs. Merrill has sent the list of her lecture subjects this week, and they Include: "The.
