Betty's playwright sweetheart follows her, and accepts the offer of the tough manager of the hotel to stage a fake battle between his clients that nill dis<:ourage Betty of her life of sin. Betty overhears the frameup, so she isn't scared when the boys start using her room for a target range. She becomes alarmed, however, when considerable blood is shed, for the fight \vas not the fake she thought.
