Real Estate Market dA ·· Shows Increase cllvtty The north shore real estate market is showing an increase in activity especially in the homes ranging. in price from $30,000 to $50,000, according to Quinlan and Tyson, Inc. The · north shore office of that firm has sold six hornes during the first hyelve days vf this month. Buyers know what they want and when shown a property suitable to their needs are wilting to pay the pri<;:e, realtors state. This is a new house season in which the purchasers want the latest in modern accessories thus forcing the old house to be sold at . some reduction. Vacant lots in desirable locations are becoming very scarce, thus forcing the price hi~her on the remaining homesites and mak- · ing it necessary for builders to go farther north or west. There is an active market on small acreage tract s in Northfield and ad joining territory, purchase being made for personal use. Some very attractiv e small estates are now being built along- the Skokie ridge near the Sunse t Ridge Golf cluh. ..... Our Last Three Remodeling Jobs f · p · p SeDIC · ka!'
