I' _ The first rule of GOO.d Bridge ~ Outline of a series of lectures planned for students at the Western Theological seminary, with one to which the public is especially invited, has been announced by the seminary. This latter will take place May 16 in the chapel at Garrett Bibical institute. The lecturer will be the Rev. Francis J. Hall, D. D., former professor of dogmatic theology in the Western Theological seminary. His subject will be "Theism and Revolution." Dr. ·Hall will lecture at the seminary between May 13 and 24, and his lectures will be given Tuesday to Saturday afternoons at 3. His general subject will be "Problems in Moral Theology." Friday afternoon, May 17, at 4:30, he will preach at the seminary chapel services at St. Mark's. Previous to this course. there will be a course of lectures by the Rev. E dwin ]. Randall, D. D., of Evanston, secretary of the Diocese of Chicago, his general topic to be "The Church's Program." These will be given Tuesday, Wedn esday and Thursday mornings, April 16 to 25, at 9 at Garrett chapel wh ere the s eminary classes are now meeting. Recently the Rev. Frederick G. Deis, fi eld secretary for the National Council of the Episcopal church, gave a course of lectures on "The Church's Missions" at the seminary.
