While Mr. Snell has no boys of his own, yet he has always been deeply in- terested in the Boy Scout movement and active in promoting its welfare. He says: "I believe it is one of the greatest factors for teaching practical patriotism that we have today. It en- · ters a boy's life at his most impressionable age. Through the Scout Oath and Laws, the Daily Good Turn and its program of interesting activities, it moulds character. It helps establish proper attitudes toward other people and toward our nation. I have always considered that the Scoutmasters were rendering one of the most important services in the community. When they give so generously of their time, it seems only fair that we should give our financial support." Bulk, lb. . ............................ . Pk.................·.................. .
