May 3, 1929 WILMETTE LIFE _ To Address League of Women Voters ,_ _ _ The Wilmette League of Women Voters will give a dinner Monday evening, May 13, in honor of Frank J. Loesch of Chicago. The affair will take place in the Congregational church at 6:30 o'clock. Mr. Loesch will speak during the evening. Mr. Loesch is a Chicago attorney who has gained wide distinction in connection with the prosecution of election frauds in Chicago. He was originally appointed to investigate vote frauds in the Primary election of April 10 of last year.
