Prescott Lothrop was awarded first place and a prize of fiv ~ dollars. Oliver Callanen won the second prize of three dollars and Roy Knauer, fr., the third prize of two dollars. All New Trier students were eligible to enter the contest. SP. r int Concert b:v School Music Groups Comes Friday June 7 Friday, June 7, Wilmette residents will have the opportunity of attending the third annual Spring concert presented by the grade school orchestra asisted by the glee clubs._ The children de3erve much credit for the eagerness and sincere effort exhibited in the preparation for this event .. The proceeds wit be used to increase the inl3trument fund. It might he we.Jl to say that the school owns a flute and clarinet which are not in use at present. He motored here from the East, and departed Wednesday morning to drive to California. His neice, Miss Mary Mack, is accompanying. They will sp,end about a week in making their journey and Miss Mack will spend about a month traveling through California. Mr. and Mrs. Ernest C. Cazel. 723 Tenth street, with their daughter, C:uoline, left ot Tuesday by motor for Boneville, Mo., to visit their son, Ernest C. Cazel, Jr., who 13 a senior at Kemper Military academy.
